The key principles of UNIPhD’s recruitment philosophy:
UNIPhD fellowships will be assigned through an open, transparent, and merit-based selection fully compliant with the OTM-R policy. Following the principles and requirements of the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and applying the HRS4R Human Resources Strategy for Researchers, the entire selection process will strive to emphasise the excellence of candidates.
